In light of the new changes and the acceleration of the pace of technological progress and the need to prepare and qualify human resources developed and efficient to manage and implement the work entrusted to the House, so the management of the House of the training department attaches great importance to provide training opportunities for employees aimed at building human capabilities and development and raise the efficiency of workers in the field Printing, design and other fields of administrative, financial, language and computer work through the following points:
Coordination of cooperation between the training centers of the other ministries and the offices of the House.
2- To benefit from the training opportunities that are held outside Iraq or to bring experts from abroad in the specialized fields to benefit from the experiences abroad.
3 - Establishment of courses within the house
4 - Cooperation with all universities for the purpose of implementing summer training for students.
